Beau was referred to me by my real estate agent. He was awesome to work with throughout the entire purchase process. One of the things I most appreciated was the fact that he always made me feel like I was a priority. I could tell he was on top of anything that was thrown his way. Beau was an awesome person to have on your team when buying a house. We ran into many obstacles nearing the end of our home purchasing period and Beau worked hard and fast to make sure that we were able to sell our home as well as purchase our new home all on the same day. Beau is amazing. He saved us from some outrageous situations through the year and a half of house hunting. He gave us honest legal advice that saved us and our finances MULTIPLE times!!! He is sincere, speaks from experience, and sometimes bursts your bubble if it needs to be popped. We ended up doing a for sale by owner, which is more work for the attorneys, and he ensured the deal was favorable for us. I really hope to not have to go through this process any time soon, but if I do, I would 100% go with Beau again. I highly recommend his services.
