Richard Dvorak is the best Criminal and Civil Rights Attorney around Chicago Area ! I've had him as an Attorney since 2018 and was the best decision I've ever made , He has not only went after the Jail that almost killed me in 2018 and came out on top with a large 6 figure settlement but when that same county tried to charge me with 6 Felonys . He took the case to trial with me and was upfront about how things could go but still tore the prosecution up during the whole trial exposing the lies from the deputies that took the stand as will as shredding the prosecutions fairy tale story . Hiring this law firm was the best investment nothing is promised that you gone beat criminal charges or any other charges. I previously engaged Dvorak for an appeal and initially found him to be interested and caring.However, once we began the payment process, I experienced a significant decline in communication, and he did not fulfill the agreed-upon obligations. If you are looking for someone who will effectively represent you in court, I cannot recommend him. It's challenging to find an ethical and competent attorney, and unfortunately, Dvorak does not meet these standards.
