My father went to her to get his residency. Thankfully he was able to obtain it . But the process was horrible. His case was prolonged for over a year due to the lack of organization within the firm . Due to the turn over in the office , his case was sitting in a employees inbox. When the case was active again she made us run around 2x for copies that we had initially given to her when the case was first starting but because they lack organization we had to get them for them again . Once the appointment was sent over to us from immigration my dad was asking questions to ease his nerves and she was extremely rude . I was there listening into the conversation because my parents had warned me of her . I was in a disbelief . I have other stories from friends who also share a similar experience. Just because my parents arent the type to look for trouble . But Im not scared , its crazy to see someone monetize over helping the community and then talking down on them .

Please do not go here! My brother has been waiting for his immigration case for over 4 years he entered with a visa married to a citizen and his lawyer has told them to avoid contacting them for another two years. This is unacceptable they paid over $11,000. This is a scam! Avoid please avoid! If you are waiting this long as well please voice your experience and report them to the business burrow and the bar.
