John Eliasik is a liar. Very inconsiderate. NO COMPASSION! Does not answer or returns calls. Completely ignored me. Lied to me several times, including telling me that he spoke to my surgeon & never did. Had me go get my own medical records after having spine surgery because I could "get them faster" even though the case was just beginning. Mislead me for 9 months without me receiving a DIME for my injury. Then told me that I didn't have a case. If I didn't have a case, why file a case? Lost my medical insurance at work, NO STD, my job will not talk to me, NO type of worker comp benefits, NOTHING! All because this man told me that l "have a CASE!" Talked to me like I was a criminal fighting a criminal case the whole time. I had to tell him on several occasions "I AM THE VICTIM!"

I had to report Mr. Brian C. Hercule to BBB because we hired his services for my 78 year old grandmother. When she received the check from the insurance he told her that he was keeping half the money to cover medical expenses which were a lie. When he realized we found out he claimed that it was an error in the accounts he was forced to give us the correct amount. When looking at the statement only 13% was meant for him not the 50% of the amount received. He had informed us that the check would arrive in a month but delayed handing it over for 4 months, claiming that insurance agency hadn't given it to him. When handing the check he stole $4,000 from it claiming to have used it for expenses he couldn't explain. Aside from this he had changed address without notifying his clients ,we had to look for him since he would not answer or return calls. Him and his team are incompetent and not trustworthy.
