This was a horrible experience! I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. This is detailed so, short story .Don't use Mark Dinos ! Ask him how many wins he has ... That's your answer. My case was workman's comp over frozen shoulder & torn rotator cuff on the job. The company fought me a year before approving surgery. I was on aerospace contractor job from another state .. when you work out of state you know what per diem is. (Those that don't well, it's a huge reason to pick up your life and go to work in another state.) I had FRANK Cress he had my case to 50k as the company finally agreed they owe me per diem . Then out of the blue Mark Dinos calls says he's the new person & my case was now at 24k .. ?!!?! I had tried to call the office many times. Leaving voicemails with everyone in the office asking for someone else .. this guy clearly didn't care and was there only to get a paycheck for doing nothing ! I had looked at other attorneys but, with the case 3 years out, I would end with what this guy said anyway. I was prepared to go all the way 100% but, NOT with MARK DINOS .. I had told him that many times. Ask for another attorney in the office. He did a sketchy video chat with the judge ,I was put on mute, couldn't hear and the video dropped. Frank paid out of pocket $580 for a FCE . Frank said the other side has no clue and it came back not in my favor so, we would not want to use it .. Mark don't care he tells the judge & everyone there all about it .. he didn't use the DR notes saying it a lifetime injury. He misrepresented me !!!!! Extremely wrong do NOT trust MARK DINOS to get you what you deserve.

I highly recommend Toby Mulholland and his team who helped me with an injury claim recently. I did not know what to expect when I started the process and Toby made sure I was educated on the process. He took the time to explain everything to me and was super patient with all my questions. He is very intelligent, responsive, kind, and gets the job done quickly.
