I didn't even think about filing a case until a few months after my accident. By then, I was worried it might be too late. My experience started off great speaking with Mr. Krdyer. Then I was handed off too someone else. Since then I believe my case was not handled properly. Speaking with other attorneys because I also have other things going on; I now feel like I've lost and spent unnecessary funds in my case I shouldn't have because situation was not handled like they should have for me spending money! I've had to personally contact them in reference to fund distribution and was given false information which lead to me losing more money. When asking about my case he refers most conversations to him having to contact him legal aid; which tell me the client you don't even know what's going on with my case so what am I paying for! I've heard from legal partners Andrew is not that way and maybe my experience would have been different with him. I've tried calling him as well to updates on my case and still no response; even after they've received part of the settlement. But currently I truly regret my choice for this case.
