They DON'T communicate at all. After my accident they stopped the contact for 8 months. When I tried to inquire I was told they thought I'd dropped the case. Smgdh. After 2 years of constant bickering this D. Rabinowitz tells me that I can't sue the Company that got me injured. It's crazy. I can accept not getting a decisive outcome BUT when they IGNORE their clients it's NOT good look. If your case isn't a 7 figure case DON'T USE THIS FIRM. WHILE AT WORK as a transport driver the car I was driving was totaled the other drivers fault and this firm tells me I've NO recourse accept to take an Unissued motorist payout. Smh. This firm DIDN'T do their job in my opinion and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone
Big promises in the beginning but only big problems throughout. Snub nose at small town people. Refuse to communicate. Keep you in the dark about things. Switch attorneys without letting you know. Don't make the same mistake I did. They do not care about clients at all. Once they run your case into the ground dragging it out for years are quick to throw it away. No concern about how it affects your life as long as they have another case to pay for another vacation for them.
