He was rude to me. He started off very nice on the phone and "fake caring". Once he found out that the police report made an error on their part he didn't want to work with me nor trying to help me amend the report. Typical- only cares about money and not the well being of others. He jumped the gun and assumed I had wrong doing and didn't look into it.

I worked with Elizabeth Moore, my claim was difficult because of the way the accident was handled by the police. She stuck with me over 2 years of negotiation.
