This was the most unprofessional experience I've ever had with a legal office. I was contacted repeatedly and spoken to in a threatening, aggressive manner over a disputed $1,400 balance that I attempted to resolve in good faith. Instead of working with me professionally, I received hostile emails, including one that contained a photo taken of me at my home without my permission -- something I found deeply invasive and inappropriate. I expected professionalism from a law firm and instead encountered intimidation tactics and complete disregard for privacy or ethical boundaries. If you value respectful, lawful communication and due process, I strongly encourage you to reconsider working with this firm. My experience was not just disappointing -- it was alarming.

Unfortunately, my experience with Mayerbock Law Firm was disappointing. I found their team to be unprofessional and lacking the courtesy and communication one would expect from a legal service provider. I did not feel supported or respected during the process, and I would not recommend their services based on how I was treated.
