The lack of professionalism and execution is why I recommend avoiding Cole Munvez. I was referred to Cole Munvez, who immediately reached out to help me with my personal injury. After sharing the details and documentation with Cole, I received one follow up that everything was going smoothly because I reached out to check in on progress. Since that point, I never heard from Cole again. I followed up on text, email, and directly with his EA, who shared that he was out on travel. Because of the delay in communication with me, and the face that he never reached out to the hotel where I was injured as a next step, the insurance company closed my case. For the record, I asked the EA if there is anyone else that I can speak to about this, and she assured me that Cole would reach out. Now, we are months later and no one has yet to follow up to at least say we can't pursue the case. Very disappointing. Very unprofessional.
