I participated in the Tubi settlement and when I was asked what form of payment I wanted I advised vi wanted a paper check all I say is well documented I was then notified mybfunds were to be sent to my bank account. I wrote bake and told them that was wrong and that I requested a paper check. After five emails back and forth I'm pretty sure it was all robo responses because everything I said was not even acknowledged I finally got a half assed answer stating it would take 6 to 8 weeks more because of the mistake I did write back and appealed this decision solely based on their mistake and got no answers it's like they didn't get my bank account information and because of that they no longer had any interest in me and they no longer take any calls on the Tubi settlement in my opinion they are acting in a grossly improper maner in how they are handling or should I say not handling the situation and as I said earlier I have all of this properly documented
