I have used Attorney Cardinal on a few occasions and I can't stress enough the level of care and manner I've received. Not just from him but his staff as well. I'd love to share specifics but that dives too much into my privacy. I've even called Joseph when I've had questions and think I will be needing to hire an attorney, He gives his time on the phone when I expect to be charged. He also has never strung me along to create an opportunity to just have me retain hime and collect a fee. He's straight forward on the facts and is very truthful if you need him or not. Mr.Cardinal has been my attorney for the past 16 years and is a very excellent attorney he puts the clients needs before anything else will return your calls in a timely manner love the way he handles business matters.

Never return phone calls and when I called Joseph his assistant will tell me his not there , then I call 2 min later and Mr Joseph will answer ....never finish my case lie after lie ....never seen my kids never did anything but ask for more money each time....I asked for all my evidence back time after time but he refused to give me back my property/ evidence, simply the worst.
