This law office baited me in by saying that they had to charge a little more for the initial retainer. They requested $4,000. They then proceeded to request $4-5,000 every 2 weeks after that to refill the retainer stating that there was a lot that was getting done. I was desperate to get my divorce case done so I kept paying these fees until it got to 20k and they hadn't even completed the discovery request that was sent. 20k with no court appearance, just most of the discovery being completed. They are now charging me over $2,000 just to have them withdraw from my case. This law firm is extremely shady and the only thing they seem to be effective at is sending bills. I would recommend staying away from this law firm.

Avoid this law firm at all costs. I hired to draft a 3 page legal document. Charged $2500 retainer then attempted to bill another $5500 over the course of 4 months with zero product delivered. Over 20 emails sent to legal team with no resolve. I eventually decided to call it a loss, and only under threat of small claims case was my account balance settled. I'm out $2500 for zero products delivered. Absolute nightmare of a company to try and do business with. Update: "owner" left contact after this negative review and states they want to to better, but I was ghosted when I reached out to their "direct contact". Similar to how I was treated the entire interaction. They get your money they treat you like a dollar sign. Avoid this company, I beg you

Marilyn is so straight forward and concise. She is very much a brass tacks kind of person. We appreciate her willingness to address concerns even on weekends. She goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of and informed on what to expect.

I concluded my case with O'Flaherty early as things changed, not due to any issues with the firm. Unfortunately the experience after that was very disappointing. 1 legal inquiry while the case was open went unanswered, and another legal request was invoiced for with actions taken by the legal team but those actions taken were never explained to me (what was attempted, what happened, what now?). As part of my request to conclude the case, I asked for an update or answer as to why those 2 inquiries weren't follow up on or communicated to me. It took 18 days to for them to formally to conclude the case and initiate the remainder of the retainer refund with no answers to my original 2 inquiries, and certainly no additional refund for the cost of those 2 inquiries to begin with.
