I called his office and his secretary, Amanda was so rude to me. The reason I called the office was on behalf of my sister. They informed her the day before she had less than 30 days to be out of her home that she lived in for 27 years paid off in 2011 and property taxes paid up to date. My sister asked me to call for her to have them get her file ready so we can pick that up to find another lawyer. I told Amanda that I understood that my sister is the one that needs to call and I told her that her rudeness was unnecessary. I've been in customer service for 30 years. I also have empathy. I wasn't being rude to her and even if I was she is the voice of that office. She is your first impression that you get. Well all I have to say is Amanda, learn how to be professional and respectful of other people over the phone. It's not that hard. You didn't have to jump down my throat because I had a question about my sisters file.
