He was opposing counsel for my former tenants on an eviction case. The tenants wrote a check out to the wrong person and I was unable to cash it. I called him to tell him the error and he agreed to have his clients, my former tenants, issue a corrected check. I sent him the check certified mail and he never acted on the matter. Weeks later I called him and he went back on his word and refused to contact his clients to issue the corrected check. He is obviously a liar who doesn't follow through with his cases. He isn't a man who keeps his word... Basically he's dishonest.. Promises something and then doesn't do what he promises.
