Waited 3 weeks for a meeting about forming an llc, they gave no documentation on what was offered, and no indication of consulting fee until I was in office ready to fill out "paperwork" which was just a contract for being charged 250$ for a consultation. I wasn't looking for a consultation I was looking for llc formation. only told about 1000$ llc formation and nothing else leading up to this meeting. Meeting canceled when I saw fee. Do yourself a favor and find a registered agent instead, and to make it easier for you, do like i just did and use an Ai chat bot to list out the steps and do it yourself. Crazy how AI didn't require a 250$ consulting fee.
