If I could give a zero, I would. From the very beginning we went through this firms recommendations and ended up making the wrong decisions. They told us from the beginning that they knew how to handle immigration cases to/from the Philippines which is a lie. We were told that the spousal visa and the fiance visa would be the same time frame to get him here to the states, which was a lie. Breaking point for me was their lack of knowledge on what my spouse needed to do from the Philippines side to push his visa through on the USA side. Even if they couldnt do anything about it, extensive knowledge on immigration cases by country is necessary. At the end of contract, they refused to take any responsibility for giving us false legal advice and refused to discount us. Not only that, but we received a letter from USCIS stating we didnt have enough evidence to support our petition, which is what we paid them to do. Also, everything was filed by mail, which is wrong! Everything should have been submitted electronically. Ridiculous.

Talia and her team were amazing. With my criminal background, they worked hard with multiple agencies from several states. They always stayed in contact with us and walked us through every step of the citizenship process. Their extensive knowledge of the law and confidence of a positive outcome made us feel safe and secure.
