I am so grateful for Wendy! She did an excellent job! I would highly recommend her to anyone! I met her sometime in September or early October and it was over by the middle of November! Thank you soo much Wendy! And Andrea!! They both are so sweet and helpful and care about their clients!!

Wendy Powell is an attorney who truly cares about her clients. I felt like I had 0 hope until I walked into her office. I now have confidence that my children will be protected. Wendy is honest and real. Her assistant is also so amazing.

my ex-wife ended up firing Wendy after being under her representation for over six months and getting fairly bad advice and very poor service. my ex reported that Wendy was not responsive to emails or calls and wasn't helpful in representing her case. from the other side of the case, my perspective, she was pushing my ex to basically destroy me and take as much from me as legally possible as opposed to what was fair and what was best for our child and us. This is reflected in Yelp reviews as well. and it's not just my review, there others who have had this experience as well unfortunately.

Wendy was very nice and seemed like she truly cared. As the proceedings for custody drug on it became evident that she literally was doing the bare minimum that she could. To the point where it seemed obvious that being a male and hiring her to represent me in a custody case was a major mistake. She is hands down the laziest lawyer I have had the pleasure of dealing with. She will not respond emails, phone calls, to the point where I was like okay this is clearly an attempt to dodge me. Then charges you for the calls and emails!!! Definitely read her reviews before you waste your money on this sad excuse for a lawyer. She would make a great politician!

Wendy Powell was the most unprofessional lawyer I ever seen. She pushed my ex to fight for full custody or 50/50 when he hadn't even had them for a consecutive week in 7 years. Accused me of kidnapping my children in court, interrupted me while I was speaking to the judge, laughed at me, and pushed my ex in court to change our Chirstmas arrangement that we had for 14 years. And when I got the paperwork, she had changed the times we agreed on in court. I didn't even have a lawyer, I represented myself, and my ex still lost. Says a lot about the kind of lawyer she is. Her courtroom manner is disgusting.
