I had the fortunate event of having a phone call with an attorney from this establishment. In the beginning of the phone call I was feeling very self conscious about my heart condition flaring up as it was making it very hard for me to breathe (luckily my pacemaker helps me out a lot in these times). I politely informed the gentlemen I was having a flare up and trying my best to recount the events for him. He seemed very annoyed but continued our 21 minute phone call. During this time I was treated in what felt like a belligerently and verbally aggressive manner. When I asked the individual if he could be more polite, he got what seemed like highly offended and stated I needed to be quiet and listen, than proceed to continue to scold me about how I don't qualify for disability and how the law actually works. Which lead to me having to hangup on the gentle men to be able to care of my heart conditions flare up that required medical attention.

First time I called I got hung up on. Second time I was luckily connected with an attorney right away. Unfortunately due to my heart condition I had to hang up the phone as I was personally getting myself to stressed out for my heart to physically handle. Very impressive how quickly I was connected with an attorney.

It is absolutely fascinating how they can tell you within a 21 minute phone call with less than 5 minutes if it being discussing actually medical history to be able to tell you, if you qualified for disability or not is extraordinary. Might be a good service for some people.

I've been using this firm going on two years now, and have had a great experience with them. They were very clear and up front with me on expectations and offered great counsel, of which I followed as closely as I could, which ultimately led to a satisfactory end to my suit. They are very experienced and in high demand, but if they're able to take you on, I highly recommend hiring them.

I had the displeasure of consulting an attorney here for a real estate issue and the attorney was demeaning and belligerent. He discounted our concerns and acted like he did not want to be bothered. This firm advertises that they deal with real estate issues, but this attorney only was interested if we sue and go to court. What a colossal waste of my time. Anyone reading this, please steer clear of Thomson Holman Wheiler.
