Great Law Firm. They made it a priority to give me the time and attention I needed. I felt like I could always get a hold of my lawyer. I could see that he would often return emails late in the evening, on weekends and holidays. He was very patient with me, listened and helped navigate me through a very emotionally charged case. At time when I would drop something off at the office we would pull me in for a quick meeting or even just say hi. The whole staff was very respectful and friendly. I loved that throughout the whole process our lawyer was very open and mindful of the cost that each process would incur. We never had any surprise bills or expenses. They were very easy and friendly and respectful to work with. Hiring a lawyer can be expensive and it can be embarrassing when you have to delay things. Parson's was very respectful and mindful and I never felt on the spot. They were very knowledgeable about the law, not only in Idaho but in Utah (where our case originated). What was more impressive is that when our lawyer was unfamiliar with something he was quick to look it up and/or have support staff find case laws. I hope I never have to use a lawyer again but I will always use Parson's, Behle & Latimer. Jon Stenquist is a wonderful man and great to work with. I would and have recommended him to anyone. P.S. Overall, I was pleased with Challis's work and the outcome of my divorce case. I found her to be responsive the majority of the time, sensitive and mindful of my budget, and overall easy to work with. Getting divorced in Madison county was a hellish nightmare. I think Challis is a good trial lawyer who outworked the opposing counsel.
