Brian Tucker was wonderful to work with. During the consultation, he listened to and addressed all of my concerns. He took the time to explain our options and was transparent about the process, expense, and timeline. I highly recommend this firm for any legal need, big or small.

Weston and Abby are the absolute worst. They will charge you for things that weren't actually done. I fought for my daughter and still ended with nothing and it cost me 15000.00 you would be better off taking your money somewhere else. You only heard updates about your case when they needed more money, and they represented someone against one of my family members while representing me. As soon as they started representing this other person I really never heard anything. These con artists are the absolute worst. Weston did no fighting and would rather be friends with opposing counsel than represent his clients. Abby told me that my ex smoking weed doesn't matter in my case due to it being legal in the states surrounding us. I would never recommend this joke of a counsel for anyone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

We went here hoping that due to high ratings, this office would be the place to go for custody mediation-Wrong. The guy, Scott Hall, was unprofessional, showed up late and wouldn't acknowledge the entire group. He didn't go over the paper work we sent at all, basically had no background on our situation and dismissed the paperwork (had copies with us). He also said since my husband was a father, he couldn't get any better then more summer days. Tried to waste our time by saying he was acting as judge and we weren't going to get any better so we should just accept 4 more days.He also brought up some unethical things like paying off doctors to say what you want them to say. The secretary was more helpful and polite. Don't recommend this place at all. Not worth your money and waste of time.

Nelson Hall Parry Tucker has been amazing to work with. Yes we have had our ups and downs but that comes along with the journey of legal issues. I can honestly say that I did have some concerns and once the law firm was made aware of these concerns they really stepped up to the plate. I am currently working with Weston Davis and would strongly recommend him to anyone that is needing legal representation. Weston has been great about communicating with me and my unique schedule and even accommodated my schedule by allowing me to make appointments during lunch and after typical bussines hours. This was my first experience needing a lawyer for a small claims case. Two paper services and a 10 minute appearance in court later this ended up costing me 3 times the initial estimate (in total around $1500). Awful customer service thereafter as well. After the case I paid my full ending bill although I was still needing to proceed with garnishment paperwork for the other party to pay for the the funds they owed me and the my court costs. Several emails later asking if I can proceed with obtaining the paperwork for the garnishment I found out my lawyer left that office and no one was willing to help me tie up the garnishment that was granted to me by the judge. I feel I wasn't helped because I had already paid. To make matters worse I am serving overseas so I cannot walk into their office and demand my case be fully completed, a fact I believe they took advantage of. Two stars is being generous. I wish I would've steered clear of this office and called around elsewhere.
