Gave these people all my information and my old court order from california. Did the orientation, got told by the front desk two weeks in a row that they were working on my case. And then a month later I realized they ghosted me. Absolutely unprofessional.

There are not enough stars to express my feelings about the Williams Law Group. They are an office of kind, understanding and efficient people who clearly made me feel like they were on the ready to assist me. I was consistently kept informed about changes or upcoming events and never once did I have trouble reaching someone when I called. As for Mr. Williams he has a natural ability to bring calmness to stressful situations. He listens with intent and makes sure you know you are being heard. He is precise and accurate in his assessments and extremely helpful with resources. He reserves judgement and is extremely professional. I cannot say enough about his high level of ethics, his courtesy and manner of professionalism. Quite honestly, he and his staff are simply the best of the best! If anyone finds themselves in need of legal services you just can't go wrong by choosing Williams Law Group!

He spent about an hour on the phone with me working through my specific situation. Even after agreeing with me that it did not make financial sense for me to hire him for my specific situation, he still went above and beyond, going to the recorders office to get a question answered for me. If he fights like this for his clients in a "free consultation" I can only imagine how he fights for his paying clients. I really appreciate his time and actionable advice, and I would definitely hire him if the need arises in the future.

Jack took on my case and he never backed down. He fought for what I wanted and was absolutely amazing and very informed. If I didn't understand something he explained it so that I would. I was in a custody battle for a year and a half and after I retained him everything went smoother. Will definitely be using Jack for all my future needs as long as he is available.
