I am a foreigner on long term work assignment to the USA. I got my first traffic citation for an offence which I thought was relatively mild but imagine my horror when I looked up what misdemeanor meant. The few days I took contemplating and exploring my options was really stressful but the description on S&Y's website that accurately explained my predicament finally made me to make that call.
