I was looking for services April 3rd. I got denied services May 1st. That was completely fine. That day I received and email that my CD file which I needed to try to get representation from elsewhere would be mailed out that day. I finally called around the 13th and was put on hold and sent to a voicemail. I left a voicemail that I needed it back and to please call me. I just received the CD today and no communication otherwise. I find that very unprofessional.

This is a great firm. They have been handing a disability claim for us and are doing a fantastic job. We had our hearing almost 2 weeks ago and are awaiting the decision. Feeling very positive!
