He helped a great deal with SSA. When I called he answered or emailed. Even during COVID. The system it's self is weird, bureaucratic and confusing. The SSA staff all say different things and really have no idea what they are doing. Mr. Tolin did what he was supposed and was successful. I would recommend him easily.

Mr. Tolin did not obtain vitally necessary medical records. He told me about an aspect of my case that I wasn't aware of and would greatly help our chances of winning, and then never followed up on it. He assured me my case was a slam dunk, but I never heard from him after my initial consultation, until the day before we went in front of the judge, nearly 2 years later. Then when I lost, I realized there were at least 4 doctors that he had never contacted. He took away 4 years of my life for nothing. It's just a numbers game to him, he doesn't seem to care about his clients
