As I write this review for Ms. Alita de Asis, I just hope that she knows that our family is forever grateful for the hard work, dedication and time that she put into our case. There are not enough words to express our sincere gratitude and I hope I can put into words a review she is deserving of. She is the sole reason that we won our case! She is patient, understanding, kind, compassionate and extremely detailed and thorough. Alita and her team helped me reach a settlement after multiple years of the workman's comp corporate lawyers dragging me around for multiple rounds of testing over and over again that were already performed to try and get my story to change. She was able to get them to come to the table with actual good offers as opposed to the penny's on the dollar offers that they were trying to get me to take before. Overall I would definitely recommend.

Haven't had the pleasure of speaking with the attorneys yet, but I can tell you the woman manning their phones has a horrible, appalling, aggressive way of talking to potential new clients. I spent three minutes being shouted at by her in that loud obnoxious voice she has only to be rudely told that someone would call me later and that she hopes I 'deal with this' today. Pathetic. Some people have anxiety. Some people have ptsd. Some people have problems talking to people who rush them and show them no respect. Lose that woman. You'll gain more clients. Absolutely disrespectful. Disgusting. Makes me want to spit.
