Complete scam. He will pad your bills with hours for everything. If he reads or writes an email from you he will charge you an hour of time. Even if the email is "Thank you" that counts as an hour of time. He will not be clear or upfront with you about how much you will be charged. Originally quoted $250 we spent over 10 times that amount with him to draft one simple letter to an individual with absolutely no results. He once charged me over $1000 to email with me one evening when I asked for a status report. Total length of the email was less then a few sentences. Initially was very friendly, consoling and behaved with Aloha, turns out to be a complete jerk who just wants your money for doing as little as possible. Do yourself a favor and stay far far away!!
