We are extremely disappointed with the level of service received from the assigned public defender. He consistently failed to return calls or provide timely updates, showing little interest or urgency in handling the case. His dismissive attitude and lack of communication made it clear he was not committed to advocating for his client. Additionally, his behavior and remarks suggested a clear racial bias, which further compromised our trust and the integrity of the representation. This experience was not only frustrating but deeply concerning.
