Amazing experience. This was my first time using an injury attorney and I couldn't imagine a more easy process. They set up the appointments, fought the insurance, and negotiated my hospital bills for me. If I ever needed anything, Will was a call away. His team is super responsive over phone, txt, and email. Do not fall for the billboard law office scams, get you a local firm that cares more about your wellbeing and outcome of the situation than filling their pockets. I was hesitant before allowing them to take my case but I am so glad they did. I truly would recommend them to friends and family. 10/10 company all around!

I was involved in an accident in May, 2025 that resulted in an uncomfortable whiplash & lower back injury to a drivers side door replacement! The at fault drivers insurance carrier advise me to take my car to a collision center & they set me up with a 30 day rental while repairs were being made. Additional damage was found & I was advised that it may take longer than the original estimate- unbeknownst to me, the at faults insurance carrier decided that 11 days was sufficient time to repair, quit paying for the rental without bothering to let me know, & kept denying to repair the additional damage- After $3800 out of pocket rental fees, without a vehicle for 4 months, I felt I had no choice but to seek Legal Counsel! I was referred to Hagood Injury Law LLC and from the first time I called, I felt a huge weight lifted. I knew from that moment, that I could stop worrying about an insurance carrier, including my own, taking advantage of me and my lack of knowledge of what my rights were with this accident!
