My experience with Mr. Bryan was great! He was very knowledgeable of my situation, and he went above and beyond to get my case resolved. I hired David after 13 years of fighting for custody of my children back from my parents. I've hired attorney after attorney over the years and could never get anything done about returning my children back to me. I hired Attorney David Bryan last summer when my lawyer in my divorce action failed to file an answer to the complaint for divorce filed by my husband, and my husband's lawyer got a divorce decree against me giving all of our 3 acres of land and our home to my husband along with me being ordered to pay my husband's lawyer over $4,000.00 in attorney fees. Mr. Bryan filed the necessary motions and written arguments so that the trial judge finally agreed to set aside the divorce decree gotten by my husband's lawyer. However, that result only came after more than 4 months over which Mr. Bryan filed written argument after written argument and the judge only decided to set aside the first divorce decree based on Mr. Bryan's argument. After the judge set aside the final divorce decree, my husband had a whole different attitude and we settled the divorce case on terms I agreed to.
