This whole office is a complete waste of my time. Once I hired her representation, she and her team procrastinated my collision situation. Then money was stolen from my account on two fronts. One from my insurance company and one from the rental company. She called both of them (as they both related to my case). After putting her hand to the plow for weeks, Melinda called me to tell me that she was dropping my case. When you decide to be rude in business in front of your family and kids, don't be surprised when it comes to bite you back

The first time I met at the office there was a dog running around in the office. I turned a blind eye. I called about once every two weeks to make sure I was in compliance(that's just the Marine in me). Where's this relationship took a turn was this office was representing my mother in a separate case. Melinda got involved personally with all parties and one morning decided to drop my mother. If you can't represent my mother (who referred me) YOU WON'T REPRESENT ME!! I heard how she was talking to my mother. BLACK WOMEN NORMALLY HAVE RESPECT FOR THEIR ELDERS BUT MELINDA (AND CHARLOTTE) HAVE LET BEING AN INJURY ATTORNEY GET TO THEIR HEAD. IT'S ALWAYS YOUR OWN PEOPLE! Her card should say Judas, injury attorney

Terrible, I repeat terrible customer service, I couldn't give 1 star to this lady. She over talks you and doesn't listen very well. Yes I did my research and it's not 1, literally not 1 ex-client that had anything kind to say about her and her staff. Myself personally, I wouldn't refer Jesus. I'm so happy I had the conversation on speakerphone, recorded and 4 of my clients witnessed her verbiage. Take my advice and turn and run as fast as you can, she does not deserve to be in business! Trust me, I'm not the only one!!!!!!!!!!! The last time I spoke to her and had her on speaker my own mom said " Oh my God "!

Attorney Melinda Holloway and Staff are really great at what they do to get you compensated for your injuries. They treat you like family. Love them!
