I had all of my concerns about subdividing my property thoroughly addressed, including potential obstacles I might encounter and beneficial tax forms I may want to file. Over commits and Under delivers. If you love apologies and excuses about how busy the attorneys life is, this is absolutely the best place to go. Email isn't read or responded to for months, when paperwork arrives there are mistakes in it, files are lost. In fairness, I will note that the owner has been very sick and another attorney has been keeping the place afloat. Unfortunately, he is so unorganized that I can't believe he is doing a good job at any of it. Yet, the owner states she has his back 100%

This was the the attorney that closed when we bought our new house. The location is is accessible. The staff were very friendly and there was drinks and snacks provided. Ms. Wyatt went through the papers quickly but thoroughly, offering explanation for each section. She graciously answered any questions we had. We were very pleased with how our closing went and would recommend her without a doubt. Also, the artwork throughout her office was very intriguing!

Were there for closing papers to refinance our home. Robin is so knowledgeable and friendly, and she explains everything in easy to understand terms. We have had business with her in the past and she was just as excellent this time. Highly recommend her.
