My house closing went very smoothly and I was given my documents on a thumb drive, which was nice! What didn't go so great is a few months after my closing I called 7 times and emailed Ted Corwin 2-3 times and he never returned my calls or emails. Also, the lady at the front desk seemed to care less about actually helping me get my rental moved into an LLC stating Ted doesn't schedule phone calls. Very frustrating since I live out of town, however Vicky was able to resolve my issue on my 8th phone attempt, I still couldn't get a lawyer on the phone.

Great customer service, Mr. Corwin made everything easy to understand. Everything was done in a timely manner and very professional. Smoothest closing I have been through! I recommend them for all your closing/real estate needs

We had a personal medical emergency the day our house was scheduled to be closed. Ted along with our realtor Laura Beth went over and beyond to get our house closed. Instead of saying why we can't, it was what can we do to help. Professional service at its best. Thanks very much David Moody

Mr Corwin did not present himself like a lawyer (untucked golf shirt and slacks) He talked so fast that I felt I was being duped or tricked at our house closing. HOWEVER, he was thorough and my agent trusts him... so I'm satisfied that all was done well. We were conveniently given all of our documents on a thumb drive! I WOULD use him again.
