If you're looking for someone to handle your real estate closing, keep looking. I decided to sell my home by owner and hired this firm to handle the process, despite having no prior experience doing so myself. Unfortunately, that was a mistake. From the beginning, I've felt like a very low priority. Communication has been minimal, progress has been slow, and I now realize I should have chosen a smaller firm that actually values their clients' business. It's been nearly two months since we started, and I still haven't closed. I now have to find another route just to move forward. I wouldn't recommend this firm to anyone who expects timely, attentive service.

David Waldroup and Andrea Griffin have been nothing short of amazing to work with regarding the handling of my family's estate. They are attentive, intelligent, and empathetic. Their extensive level of experience allows them to provide a deep level of insight when consulting clients. We are greatly appreciative to have them in our corner.

I truly appreciated her entire presence because good customer service and great business experiences have been hard to come by these days!!!
