Lady showed up to my door looking for me which is insane, saying I owe a credit card and left. Did not introduce herself or say where she was from. Letter I received today seemed like a fake lawsuit??

This firm sent me and my husband a misleading letter that our bankruptcy case had been canceled and to call them. What kind of awful predatory advertising is this?? I know that it's not true, but someone more susceptible might fall for this, and then it would cost them more money to file again. The letter just shows me this is not a trustworthy law firm.

I am beyond furious after receiving a completely false lawsuit letter in the mail. This kind of behavior is not just unethical--it's predatory and feels like a blatant attempt to intimidate and mislead. I have no involvement in the matter this letter references, and the claims made are baseless and entirely fabricated. To send something so serious without proper investigation or justification is reckless and harmful. It wastes my time, causes unnecessary stress, and undermines trust in any organization or individual associated with this. If this is a business practice, it is shameful and absolutely unacceptable. I expect legal or business correspondence to come with integrity and accountability, not falsehoods and scare tactics. I will be pursuing every avenue--legal and otherwise--to ensure this matter is addressed and to protect others from being subjected to this kind of unethical behavior. Let this serve as a warning: if you're considering dealing with this entity, think twice. No one deserves to go through this kind of baseless harassment.

Extremely unprofessional and untrustworthy. I paid for their service and scheduled the appointment to speak with Mr. Judah. The appointment date and time was confirmed via email several times for 2pm. On that day, I received an email saying that I miss the 1pm appointment. They would not answer or return my calls or emails to reschedule. When they did finally return my call, I was told that Mr. Judah would not be representing my case and that a refund had been mailed. That was on January 22, 2024. As of today, March 2, 2024, I have not received my refund. I have called and emailed many times without a response. I am not asking for anything more than my money refunded.

What an amazing professional. Attorney Judah helped me through a very difficult time. He was patient and very thorough. It took 4+ years but I felt he was on my side every step of the way. I will forever be thankful to this firm. I am on the right track now because of Attorney Judah. Thank you....
