I mean, I can't give 5 stars for one location without talking about the other that's literally 15 minutes away. As a whole, I simply love this firm! They're the real people's people. There are times I needed to stop by the Conyers location and if the employee wasn't there, I was able to go right on over to Lithonia to get the help I needed. No matter the time, place, location or day, there's always someone I can talk to and I truly appreciate that!

Gary Martin Hays and his Associates did such an amazing job with my case! My car accident happened in March, 2022 I received my settlement in July, 2022. Staff were extremely professional.

I started with this Attorneys office for a car reck my daughter was in back in Feb. of this year. It is now Aug. and they are just now settling. She finished with her chiropractic visits and suddenly the Attorney handling her case quit. I was not informed of her quitting until I happen to call. The office hadn't even reached out to me nor had they contacted the chiropractic office. I had to get the ball rolling on getting the chiropractic paperwork to the Attorneys. They never reached out to me with any updates. I was often handed off to different people but never informed prior to that. They didn't push for the best settlement and never offered to go to court for the case to obtain the best offer. I feel this office is not for the minor cases; they only move on cases that win them big. If you have an accident that is minor; I suggest you look elsewhere for an attorney that cares about all the cases no matter how big or small.
