Fantastic closing attorney! Many locations to choose from. Daily updates, great staff. Just can not say enough great things. We recommend them to all our clients. They have saved our clients so much money to closing costs compared to other attorneys.

I have nothing bad to say about them! We closed on time, and the process itself was throughout and explained in as much detail as I requested. Ken Luther is very knowledgeable and kind to everyone who was present and extremely professional as well as making the process more enjoyable than I expected it to be. Will 100% be using their services again if and when I purchase another property. 100/10.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. 1 star is very generous. I have been doing real estate for 9 years and have used plenty of closing attorneys and these are by far the worst closing attorneys in the entire state of Georgia. It is impossible to get Ken Luther on the phone and once you call his office no one in the office seems to know what is going on. It's like the office doesn't talk to each other. The worst communication by far. All parties like the buyers, sellers, lenders all wanted to close on the CLOSE date but this law office did not want to make it happen. They advertise low closing costs but have PLENTY of hidden fees so you better check your HUDs before closing - that is if they even send it to you. We just showed up to closing and never to see our HUDs before hand and had hidden fees stacked on. But it was too late and we didn't want to delay closing any further. After we closed we canceled our insurance that we prepaid- we emailed them for 5 days straight and no replies and just for them to finally email us back and said we have to contact the insurance company because they sent out the checks yesterday. IF YOU WANT TO BE ANOTHER NUMBER WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO COMMUNICATION, NO PROFESSIONALISM, AND HIDDEN FEES - by all means.

I'd like to clarify my review is not about the service since I did not receive one. The email response time was fast and efficient, but on their website it clearly advertises they handle cash transactions, but when I mention this, they say they only handle loan transactions. Please don't advertise something and then go against it.

Wow, this closing attorney office is awesome. Love office space, interior decor, atmosphere, and Jennifer and Shannon were amazing, friendly, easy to talk to, and very responsive and helpful with any issues. This was my first time using them, but I definitely see myself using them again in the near future and will recommend them to my future clients.
