My experience with this serious injury law firm has been extremely disappointing. I hired the firm in September 2024, and after completing my treatment, I received very little communication from them. I followed up around the one-year anniversary of the accident in September 2025. In November, I was verbally told the amount offered by the adjusters. I wasn't comfortable with the offer, but because of my overall experience with the firm, I simply wanted to conclude the process. After signing the release form, I asked about the expected timeline for receiving compensation. Recently, I have not received any responses from the attorney or the paralegal. I contacted the Birmingham office to get clarification, but instead I was met with hostility and unprofessional behavior, including cursing. I am now considering contacting the bar to report my concerns. Fortunately, I have a text message thread and a few Starbuck witnesses who overheard the inappropriate language. I'm a regular customer and the staff were sad to hear the unprofessionalism and have written statements on my behalf. At this point, I just want to receive my check as soon as possible and be done with this firm. I did receive a phone call from the Fairburn office stating that they are willing to expedite my case. To save yourself time and stress, I recommend contacting Michael Braun. I have never had an issue with his services. I was only trying to support a friend by choosing this firm--big mistake.
