Nicol was on point! Very professional and great customer service! No I am not a bot and yes I saw some not so favorable reviews about Nicol. I still decided to go with her! What I've learned about Nicol is she isn't going to compromise her integrity, hard work and more just because a client wants things their way. Today I realized that before this woman will even consider you that you gotta be str8 forward as a client. She can't help you with half truth and that could be the reason for some of these not so favorable post for reviews. When In reality you want someone like Nicol that's gone be real too you and about you. We can't want a 100% of everything, with 50% truth and 50% facade. If you don't understand that, you're going to think she's against you. Naaaah, that's not it. She is putting you on the spot to be a better you. I think she tested me today to see what my reaction would be. Why represent someone that could sabotage not only the case but her reputation by representing you. Longer story short Ms. HANYARD IS YOUR GO TOO FOR THE GAME WINNER as a a whole!!!! People with logic will understand!

Attorney Hanyard and her team did an awesome job on my case. She communicated well with me throughout the whole process. I loved how thorough and methodical she was. Attorney Hanyard waisted no time and did not drag her feet. I loved how at peace I felt once the work started. After meeting with Attorney Hanyard I would not and I repeat would not recommend her or this lawfirm for any father that is dealing with a child support situation. After paying the money that was required I felt as if I was speaking with someone who was from the child support office in person because regardless of what a father is doing or going through in her eyes she's still for the mothers regardless of your efforts of paying and trying to spend time with your child.
