I had no experience with this law group prior to 7/1/25. I represented the seller in this transaction. Unfortunately, one of my sellers ended up in the hospital during our scheduled closing time. First of all, Ashanti was AMAZING! She got to work to solve our challenge! We managed to schedule our part of the signing at the hospital by David Sutton. I was blown away by their level of service! Our buyers were Korean and Claire was able to explain the contract to the buyers in their language of choice which provided great comfort in what they were signing. All parties were also concerned for my clients health which was much appreciated. Claire made our closing feel like so much more than just a closing.
