The lawyers and their team were always on the lookout for my case, unlike another law firm with which I had a bad experience. But fortunately, on the second attempt, I found Barrios Virguez and was 100% happy with his services. I have recommended them to other people and they are still satisfied with their service.

Cassandra is one of the kindest, most attentive, and friendliest people I have ever met. Always willing to help and with a wonderful attitude. Attorney Kevin was very clear and answered all our questions each time we reached out. During our interview practice session, he was extremely professional and made us feel well-prepared. As a suggestion, I believe attorneys Karen and Jorge could have a bit more interaction with their clients. After the interview, we didn't have the chance to see them again, and maintaining that contact would be very valuable. However, I do want to be honest about my interactions with Gabriela. Unfortunately, every time I spoke with her, she was extremely rude and made me feel as if I was bothering her or asking for a favor. This is in strong contrast to the warmth and professionalism shown by the rest of the team, and I truly believe improving in this area would greatly enhance the client experience. Overall, my process was quick, and I appreciate the work done by those who made it a positive experience.
