DO NOT HIRE!!!! She will be a WASTE of your time and money. Ellene only has HER best interest in mind not yours. She did the BARE MINIMUM for my case, encouraged me to take a low ball offer, and when I didn't Ellene Welsh dropped me and put a LEIN on my case!!! DON'T LET HER DO THAT TO YOU. Ellene proved she didn't really care about my case - she ONLY cared about securing HER money from MY pain and suffering. At mediation she provided subpar legal guidance. Ellene stated I didn't need a PPD (PPD rating is a critical factor that heavily influences the settlement amount) ANY competent attorney knows that if you don't have a PPD you are probably leaving money on the table. In my case that was proven - Ellene's offer was LESS than my PPD entitlement ALONE, the one she said I didn't need. My current attorney, A REAL Attorney Mr. Seth Butler was able to achieve a settlement worth more than DOUBLE what Ellene was able to in less than six months!!!!!!!! Her staff is inconsistent and unprofessional. They wanted to discuss their personal health problems instead of my case. Communication was horrible from both Ellene and her staff throughout. Their incompetence lead to me losing simple benefits such as mileage reimbursement. WC can be awful - hiring an AWFUL attorney like Ellene Welsh will only make it worse. Do not settle for the bottom of the barrel YOU and your case are WORTH IT, Ellene Welsh is NOT!!!!
