The same as all the other lawyers out there- Aggressive about payment, passive when it comes to your case. My mom left a consultation feeling even more confused and distressed than when she went in. Lawyers are not as compassionate and caring about cases anymore, just about lining their pockets. Edit: My mom had nothing to do with my original review. The office has called my mom about my "review". I don't like bullies and I don't play that. If you don't like my comment, change your business practices.

I truly regret choosing this law firm for our probate needs. From the beginning, the process felt rushed and impersonal. We were never made to feel like we mattered--just another file to be pushed through. There was very little explanation of what we were signing or filing, and basic questions were often left unanswered or brushed off. Worse, avoidable mistakes were made along the way, which only added to the stress of an already difficult situation. Empathy and patience, two things that are especially important when dealing with matters of loss, were sorely lacking. Once the process was over, we still had lingering questions. Instead of providing follow-up support, they insisted we schedule another appointment--at an additional cost. This gave the impression that the firm is more focused on billing than building trust or providing proper client care. I would not recommend this firm, especially if you are seeking compassion, clarity, or thorough guidance during an emotional and complex time.
