If you enjoy hemorrhaging money out of your bank account, I think this would be the perfect place for you! Tracy Ward did a great job of existing and doing absolutely nothing. Because he handled my father's estate after he died, I trusted his competency to handle my mother's after her passing. Apparently, I misjudged him. Her will was conveniently lost somehow and I suppose 9 months was not long enough to put in for admin of the estate. Instead, I got charged for every phone call I made to attempt this process and nothing was done. I'm not exaggerating, I cannot stress this enough, absolutely nothing was done except me being told on the phone that he was going to do it, nothing happened, but I got billed anytime I communicated. So naturally, I found another law office and it was done in less than a month. And I didn't get charged until it was done. I encourage you to use Tracy if you enjoy getting billed for nothing or go to Kinnamon law firm like I did. I'm still confused why he was so resistant to do his job but don't wait around like I did. Find someone mentally competent and not geriatric who probably knows how to use an excel sheet, Microsoft word, and google suite. And hopefully not lose track of important documents like your mother's will.

We have used this law firm several times for real estate closings since we are in a real estate business. All of our clients have felt very comfortable as well as informed at closing. The staff is professional and friendly. Tracy Ward is awesome. We have closed with him since the 90's. A great attorney and person.

Maurice Sponcler Jr was my divorce lawyer. He was so professional. If I ever had any questions , he was always there to help. He was very empathetic and helped me get my divorce finalized quick. My Family had the Most Horrific Experience With this office. The Attorney that was suppose To handle my Fathers Estate retired and passed Our case off to another Attorney within this office. After leaving Countless phone messages And Emails with No Response. The attorney Kept my Fathers Estate for 4 Years! Nothing Was done. This office was fired. My opinion.. I will Never use this office again!
