The Lindsey Firm was absolutely amazing with my case from start to finish. Any time I had questions or concerns without hesitation they assisted me. I worked very closely with Niki and she was so personable I told her we are forever friends. Stephanie was also great to work with and treated me as if I was family. I will always recommend them to family and friends.

Case isn't over yet, but so far, I'm disappointed. I came to this firm after speaking directly to the lawyer about their process. I was affirmed that they were hands on, very communicative, and they would do their best to have my case taken well care of as they do with all their clients. It's coming up on 8 months and, after being lowballed by the driver at fault and my own insurance (which they convinced me to pursue because i was very nervous about it), I'm not even able to buy a reliable 20 year old car. I was told they'd call me every week, and after the first lowball from driver at fault, they stopped calling me with updates, and I had to start reaching out to them to see about the progress. I was sent to really expensive medical facilities where even a 15 minute virtual appointment with a neurologist cost almost $1000 and weekly, pricey over-the-phone therapy appointments where the therapist would call and just play a youtube video about anxiety for 30 minutes, so the total of my medical bills, naturally, were high. I was told they would reduce their rate in the case of a low settlement amount, and that didn't happen either (the driver at fault was underinsured). Overall I just wish that given all of the information presented they would have been transparent about what could be the result of my case and the amount I would potentially win. I appreciate their initial efforts, but by the end I was left feeling pretty disappointed and lost. This is my first time dealing with this and having a lawyer, so yea kind of disheartening.
