So far im having trouble with the lack of professionalism and they do not follow up, Kim never returns calls she is always out of office or on another vacation . My accident case is an addmission of fault and they telling me they have to wait 30 days to receive a response after they submitted my bills which is ridiculous because this could have been done this over a email or a call to the defendant's insurance company. The defendants insurance been wanting to settle with me directly AND I DIDNT now im wishing i had. These lawyers run these kool commercials but when you sign the agreement you mean nothing to them.
