BenchMark Physical Therapy

I went for my first visit today and I loved it. At first I was nervous because I've never had to do PT. All of the staff was very friendly including the 2 ladies up front. Brian was very nice and walked me through everything he was doing. Would def recommend this place! Thanks!

I love this place. I love that they allow students to be so prominent within the facility. Students, like Jordan, have such a positive attitude and such an eagerness to learn. I've had the pleasure of watching Josh show him techniques and Jordan puts them into action. His ability to listen to the patients for feedback is an attribute that is needed in the field of physical therapy and the medical field as a whole. This is my second go round with PT since my injury and I am having a much more positive experience at this facility. Jordan's professionalism and positivity is one of those key points that makes me look forward to coming each session. Great job! I wish you all the best.

This clinic is very good It's helping me very much m mr.Kalin he is very professional in his job and he has very good cnovlich and is communicable person.

So far so good. I wasn't in a good mood at the start of the visit bc the navigation didn't lead me directly to the location. However, the staff were all friendly and patient, to include Shareka and Karissa (the two ladies in the front). Therefore, I had no choice but to gain a positive mood and attitude. Josh is phenomenal and on the first day to boot. I saw improvement before even leaving the clinic. I have had PT for this injury before with a different facility and they were not aggressive enough. However, Josh listened to me when it came to my pain threshold. He let me decide on when we stopped, and because of that, before even leaving, I can now wiggle 3 of my toes much better than I could before. I experienced sensations in my foot that I had not experienced before and that gives me hope that I will be able to get back to full use of my foot. I'm excited to see how far I can push myself to get back to the old me.

I really think everyone at this place is wonderful! From the receptionist to the therapist, they all are very professional and very friendly.. They are taking good care of me and I feel that they are doing their best to address my problem. At least at the Conyers location. Very happy with the set I've provided here.
