Highly disappointing experience and a major waste of time. They couldn't even get something as basic as my name and the reason for my case correct. They denied reviewing my case based on a reason that doesn't even apply to me and responded with the wrong name!! Their reviews are very suspicious. They have a flood of 5-star reviews written around the same time period of people with no prior reviews or maybe one review who leave no comments as to their experience. Glean from that what you will. To the person responding to negative reviews, don't bother telling me to contact customer service. I responded to your sloppy denial email and you never replied!
I am very pleased with the services I received from Morgan&Morgan. The representative was very professional and courteous making my experience very pleasant. The representative was also very patient and listened to me very attentively as I explained what happened to me she also made me feel very comfortable and relieved to now have great representation.
