I don't give this office a star. This office is ran on lies and they steal your money and throw you to the wolves. Do Not believe anything this office tells you. They do not and will not represent you. They sit back and do a lot of talking with no action. I paid this firm $4500.00 and I was told the same day or next day they would file representation on my case. 3 months later with a few days left for court they still haven't filed to represent me. And I was lied to by the wife of Mt. Brookeshire that she didn't have my discovery on another case. When she had it the whole 3 months. This law firm needs shut down and put in jail. They are the bigger criminals that break the law and don't get punished for it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GIVING THIS FIRM YOUR MONEY NOR YOUR TRUST BECAUSE YOU WILL BE LET DOWN. They have kept most of my money and lied about the hours put into my case. Could you imagine 7 emails lasting for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Do yourself a favor. Richard Murray in Dalton Georgia is an honest outstanding attorney and human being. This office works for the system while taking your money.

Worst lawyer ever!!!! All lies. They ignore you and all correspondence until you go to court. They insist you take all charges without doing any investigation on case at all. They need to be reported to the Bar Association!!!

If you value an attorney that will "fight" for you and not just take whatever deal is handed to them KEEP ATTORNEY SHOPPING! Find yourself a different attorney / law office. If I could do it all over again I would never have gone with David as my attorney. This office does NOT fight for you they could care less about your Justice, they just want to to go to court and get it over with "after they have been fully paid" instead of fighting the case. Their lack of communication was also another big occurrence with this office. -- Everyone that I have shared my experience with was absolutely appalled in regards to how I was treated not just by this office but by the police.

Great person and a great lawyer. I have been dealing with Mr.Brookshire for a couple years now... well or maybe Mr.Brookshire has been dealing with me. He always explains thing very well. His paralegal is sweet as can be. No matter how busy she may be she still finds time to answer the phone in times of need or call back as soon as possible.

My experience with David Brookshire law firm was honestly amazing. He knew exactly how to handle my case from beginning to end. His colleagues was also very knowledgeable and shared helpful advice. Thank you for everything!
