I know everyone has a different experience, with all variables different for each person. There is no way that our experience was amazing from the second we checked in my wife in the ER to 3 days later when shes getting wheeled to our vehicle after being released after surgery. Without everyone there in every department going out of their way to make sure the patient and family is comfortable everyday. I have so many great things to say about this Hospital and staff. Thank you for taking a life situation and turning it into a life experience comfortably. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.

All the staff at Dr Lacey Johnson is awesome friendly greeting from front desk , MA was through getting a correct history and PA was compassionate and attentive. LAB work was smooth easy then I head to check out desk to set up next Dr appointment. Great customer experience everytime @Adventhealth Rome 309W10th Street location. The ER doctor Dr Nesbit was wonderful. He was attentive and listened to me about my concerns with anemia. He was thorough with his examination and immediately ordered blood for me because my hemoglobin was low. He asked if i had any other concerns and advised me on my next steps. A big thank you to Tammy my nurse who was very attentive and compassionate. Everyone there at the ER in Murray Co was very helpful and pleasant. The girl who ordered my blood for me could not have been any more on top of her job. Thank you so much for your care. Joyce Henson

We had a wonderful experience in the Baby Place at Advent Health Gordon delivering the newest member of our family. The midwife we used, Ashley Cross, made the experience truly exceptional. I was so grateful for her support, medical knowledge and flexibility in meeting my individual needs as a patient. Our nurse, Ruth was also excellent in providing treatment throughout my labor and delivery. She was patient, thorough, and pleasant to work with. I am beyond thankful for the medical team (phlebotomists, patient care techs, and etc.) who provided care for me and my newborn during our stay. Great work!

I visited my mom for several hours each day last week.During that week, I met some of the most caring, giving and helpful staff. From the cafeteria staff who served my mom her meals, to the OT, PT, Lab, MRI, Doctors and nurses They all were patient, helpful and friendly. I also have a special thanks and would like to recognize theses staff members who each sat with mom for a 12 shift. Carson#1, Meagan, Maddie, Amanda and Carson#2. They were so caring, patient and loving with mom. Theses wonderful caregivers are the reason I will use Advent Health Gordon again in the future.Last but definitely not least. I really appreciated that this is a Christian operated hospital!
